This is a highly responsible, complex, confidential administrative position assisting a judge of the district court. Professionalism is required in all aspects of this position. Layout Technician

• Design and layout sprinkler systems using specialized CAD software packages that
are based on the AutoCAD platform.
• Coordinate sprinkler system piping with other building components. Perform
hydraulic calculations.
• Read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and
contracts.
• Interpret and apply applicable NFPA standards to the design and/or layout of the
sprinkler systems based on the building type, construction type, hazard classification.

• Perform field check of completed design to verify accuracy, if required.
• Work closely with the Estimation department, Design Manager, and Operations
Manager to review the scope sheet and requirements of each project.
• Coordinate projects to meet delivery dates.

• Coordinate with team members for listing of required materials.
• Coordinate with team members for permitting and inspection requirements.
• Actively participate in predesign and review meetings.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and quality improvement

Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice

As a fire sprinkler apprentice, your job is to learn how to install, test, repair, and perform maintenance on a fire sprinkler system. In this role, you may assist experienced installers, learn to cut and fit pipes, or participate in classroom training as needed. Fire sprinkler apprentices frequently accompany teams to jobs and progress through increasingly complex tasks, learning and mastering each aspect of fire sprinkler systems before moving on to the next. Precision and accuracy are especially important in this job. Fire sprinkler systems can mean the difference between life and death, so most installers have particularly high standards for work quality. Most apprenticeships last 4-5 years. Purpose:
To provide hands-on learning experiences and opportunities to develop mechanical and diagnostic skills for students who are pursuing an Associates of Applied Science in Agriculture Power/Technology, Diesel & Heavy Equipment or Diesel Technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Preform pre-delivery set ups and inspections on new equipment and basic service work as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
Sand, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Repair and fill surface imperfections, such as dents and scratches.
Paint Application:
Apply paint using various techniques, including spraying, brushing, and rolling.
Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes.
Blend and layer paint to achieve seamless transitions between colors and panels.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure they meet quality standards.
Touch up any imperfections and address customer concerns regarding paint quality.
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and maintain painting equipment regularly.
Report any issues or malfunctions with painting tools and equipment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Body Shop Painter or similar role.
