Harris Fabrication is looking to hire a CAD-CAM Programmer to join our drafting team! As our programmer, you will be responsible for nesting flat steel parts on the laser, structural steel parts on the beam processor, and offline programming of press brake and machining equipment.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a computer technology position within our administrative office and will work closely with the CAD design and purchasing departments. Entry-level drafters highly encouraged to apply. For machine operation or production positions, please see our other job postings!

To ensure success as our CAD-CAM programmer, you should have a keen eye for detail.

CAD-CAM Programmer Responsibilities & Requirements:

-Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong computer skills
-Must be organized and self-motivated
-Maintains drop inventory
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a team
-Works with Purchasing to verify necessary materials are on hand
-Coordinate projects and ideas with peers, manufacturing, and leadership
-Experience with CNC Programming is a plus
-Experience with sheet metal forming in a fabrication shop is a plus
