Technical Administrator

Your responsibilities:

To support the activities of the Engineering team in the data management of orders, change orders, administration activities, order creation in Product Data Management system (Access), and filing.

Essential Job Functions:

Data management through the Custom Product Engineering Department to ensure successful completion of customer specified equipment orders.
Primary liaison between Customer Product Engineering Designers and all internal PAC1 departments for support of orders, company objectives and goals.
Placing correct information into the engineering network folders (pre-orders, change orders, ECM’s).
Maintain Engineering databases (Access).
Enters order information and creates folder in Outlook.
Maintains schedule daily and enters completion dates for individual orders and designers.
Maintains changes to orders in department database.
Print equipment tags.
Process new MTO and ETO orders.
IOM manual transmittals.
Process job releases to Production department.
Save equipment pictures in files.
