Parts Inventory Technician

We have an opportunity for an individual with organizational skills to assist with the implementation and organization of our inventory management system in operations. This would be a temporary, full-time position located in Broken Bow, Nebraska.

This person will be responsible for:

Supporting the Adams Land & Cattle Safety Program and exemplifying safety expectations.

Organizing parts storage areas in a clean and safe fashion.

Performing inventory counts for all storage areas.

Ensuring parts are stocked in the correct parts locations.

Assist in determining appropriate parts stocking levels.

Assisting with data entry in the inventory management system (Manager Plus).

Respectfully collaborating with internal and external resources, as appropriate. Building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships.

Meeting customer service expectations.

Completing other duties, as assigned.

Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Mechanical interest and aptitude.

Understanding of inventory management principles and processes.

Proficient computer skills, including the following programs: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong analytical skills and techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/work efforts at a time.

Team-oriented.

Professional communication, presentation and customer service skills.

Ability to operate multiple vehicles/pieces of equipment and a forklift.

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

This position requires:

Individual must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, if needed.

Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally; 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and 10-20 pounds of force frequently.

Sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching/handling/grasping and stairs continuously. Carrying, lifting/lowering, pushing/pulling and kneeling/crouching frequently. Climbing and crawling occasionally.

Compensation Details:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
