Douglas County, KS is accepting applications for Temporary Full-time Laborers in the Building and Grounds Maintenance Department for mowing and vegetation control at the fairgrounds and other county owned facilities.

Douglas County is dedicated to eliminating racial inequities. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with diverse co-workers, community members, and customers.

Work will start in May/June 2023. Applicants must be at least 16 yrs old.

Positions are open until filled however, first consideration will be given to applications received by Friday, May 19, 2023.

Compensation is $14/hour; does not qualify for benefits.
