This position is located at the District Two Headquarters in Salina. This position exists to provide skilled technical services for maintenance and repair on air conditioning and heating systems, as well as electrical and plumbing systems in District, Area, and Subarea buildings.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of large tonnage refrigeration and air conditioning systems and related air handling equipment, which includes reciprocating, absorption and centrifugal A/C units.
Oversees work of subordinates or those in training.
Answers trouble calls on equipment and determine the cause of the problems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of experience in refrigeration/air conditioning repair work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
