This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator/Project Manager located in Lawrence, KS. The Project Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, project bidding , communication, project estimation, and budgeting.

Qualifications:
Cost Management and Budgeting skills
Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills, glass and glazing preferred
Strong Communication skills
Experience in project management in the construction industry
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
