Technical Solutions Specialist

In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of USC/AIM products. You’ll assist with territory-based sales, conduct equipment audits, and oversee preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. With a focus on technical proficiency, you’ll perform detailed equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on training for clients, dealers, and internal team members. Additionally, you’ll utilize Salesforce CRM to log service activities, create reports, and maintain accurate client records. As a representative of USC/AIM, you’ll attend trade shows and industry events, promoting our products and services to potential clients and industry partners.

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000/year
