Part-time
Hours: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

This position ensures that all company offices and facilities are kept in good repair and functioning properly by performing periodic inspections and upkeep/repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment. Works with custodial staff, groundskeepers, and other service providers needed to ensure all facilities are maintained and functioning properly to enhance the appearance and productivity of the company. Performs minor repairs, not requiring work by a trades person, to building, facilities, and service equipment.

Experience:
Working knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, electrical circuits, lighting equipment, plumbing and mechanical systems is preferred.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:
A high school degree or equivalent. Technical school or Associates degree, preferred or in process of obtaining. A valid Class C driver’s license.

Hourly position.
Paid time off and holidays available on your first day.
Benefits available to anyone working 20 hours or more per week.
