Job Description: K-Construction is seeking a flexible and eager-to-learn CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CAD software and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. This role involves creating detailed building drawings and plans to support our diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Review and modify designs to meet project specifications and requirements.
Maintain and update drawing files and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and project requirements.
Requirements:

Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., Chief Home Designer, Revit).
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
High School Diploma, GED, Degree or certification in CAD drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
