Must be at least 21 years of age, have graduated high school or passed a GED, be free from drug and/or alcohol dependence and be able to pass a criminal background check. Also must have good phone skills and be able to work well with others.

Coordinators duties are to receive transport orders, map, schedule, and print itineraries for over the road transport officers.
