* Help diagnose and fix computer and printer issues
* Help setting up new computers
* Set up PKI tokens and help users through the enrollment process
* Test software being developed
Strong computer hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft Office skills, and basic networking/programming knowledge. Good communication skills, attention to detail, reliable, customers service orientated, flexible, and a self -starter.
