We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems according to specifications and industry standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC units, including air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing electrical components and ensuring proper functionality.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in various properties.
Build and weld necessary components for system installations as required.
Design custom solutions for unique HVAC challenges faced by clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Experience:
Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
Experience in property maintenance is advantageous.
Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation techniques and maintenance practices.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations.
