Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. This role involves installing high-quality cabinetry in residential and commercial settings, with a focus on precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. In addition to installation work, this position requires obtaining or maintaining a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) to assist with transporting cabinets and materials to job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
• Use hand and power tools to complete precision installations
• Measure and align cabinets accurately, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
• Load and unload cabinetry and materials for transport
• Drive company trucks to deliver materials to job sites (CDL required)
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools accurately
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Class B or higher) required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Must be punctual, professional, and a team player
