Brief Description of Job Duties: Serves as a team of 4 to answer service calls for the Service Desk. Provide troubleshooting skills and desktop support for all applications used by employees. Setup and install computers, laptops, printers and phones for employees.
Experience providing customer support – preferably in an IT Help Desk environment. Prefer experience with Windows 7 and/or Windows10. Experience setting up and installing computers in a networked environment. Education may be substituted for experience.
