The Lead Teacher position is responsible for creating and implementing age and developmentally appropriate lesson plans each week. Be able to work with a group of toddlers to ensure their safety and well being during our program hours. Must be able to communicate effectively with parents and with other staff in our program. This is a high energy position and someone with passion for working with young children. Regular and predictable attendance is essential. Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED and meet the KDHE Lead Teacher qualifications.
