Are you interested in becoming a Groundskeeper? Westport Properties is looking to hire a skilled groundskeeper/landscaper (with possible desire to learn some maintenance skills) for our groundskeeper position. Exceptional attention to detail and valid driver’s license is required. You will be maintaining the exteriors of our portfolio of properties, picking up grounds, maintaining lawns, bushes, trees, stairwells, rock beds, etc. as well as some landscape projects like retaining walls, building rock beds, etc. Job may entail some work on interiors trashing out units, etc. You will help maintain the properties to have the best curb appeal possible. Additional skills, including knowledge in plumbing, electrical, repair and renovations (doors, windows, sinks, paint, flooring, etc.) are a plus.
