Assists Operation’s personnel with daily activities to include file transfers, monitoring applications and datacenter assets, and provides level one support services. Researches technologies to improve Operation’s efficiencies and to increase proactive application monitoring and reports findings to Operations Supervisors and Manager. Works to improve support services procedures and overall experience of end users that call or email the team requesting help.
Work Schedule: Varied work schedule up to 20 hours per week. Weeknights and includes Weekends 10:00pm – 3:00am.
Internships are available to current students enrolled in an IT degree program. The internship is expected to be available for a maximum of 6 months.
