Administrative Assistant

TARC has an excellent opportunity for an energetic person to provide organizational and administrative support 15 – 20 hours per week. This position will provide oversight of records and organizational and administrative support. Successful candidates will have strong computer skills for creating, preparing and maintaining accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS: Person of good character who is mentally and physically able to conduct oneself in a responsible manner in carrying out the job for which they are employed.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years college education or specialized secretarial training preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: 3 years experience in secretarial or business environment preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

TARC, Inc., conducts background screenings and post-offer pre-employment drug testing. Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
